The American Legion Post 442 in Renovo recently awarded their 2026 scholarships as students from Bucktail, some beyond their freshman year of college, each received a $1,000 scholarship helping them in any area of future education that they deemed beneficial. The Remembrance Post awarded a total of 25 scholarships as they continue to be a reliable and mainstay of furthering Bucktail alumni advanced education. Those attending the ceremony included first row, from left, Kellie Bunsick, Gianna Balchun, Nate Steele, Maya Embick, Gigi Tripp and Legion Officer Bob Probst. Second row are officers George Crouse and Scott Bissman and students Jeremy Zuback, Kendall Wagner, Eva Sockman, Laura Ransom, Al Anderson, Kori Prebble and Michael Heiser.
