HOWARD -- Faith Chapel's Bargains and Blessings Community Closet will be open on Saturday, July 25, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at the Runville United Methodist Church, 1216 Runville Road, Bellefonte. This will be a back to school clothing event. Gently used, good quality clothing, shoes and accessories for the entire family are available. Sizes range from infants to 3X and are priced at $5 per bag full. Bags will be provided.
Bargains and Blessings Community Closet is an outreach ministry of Faith Chapel United Methodist Church that serves Beech Creek, Blanchard, Howard and the surrounding areas. All proceeds go back into the community to help families in need or local charitable organizations.
Bargains and Blessings Community Closet will also be open on the following dates:
-- Saturday, Aug. 8, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at the Friendship Community Center, Beech Creek; Saturday.
-- Sept. 12, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Advanced Family Chiropractic in Mill Hall, weather permitting.
-- Saturday, Oct. 24, 9 a.m.-1 p.m., at Faith Chapel UMC.
