The Sons and Daughters of Italy recently presented the Lock Haven City Police Department with a check for $3,611.76 for the purchase of an Action Target System, moving portable target system, to be used in the officers firearms training. Prior to the purchase of the target system, the officers only had the capability of training with stationary targets. This system will allow the officers to engage in moving targets at variable speeds, directions and distances. Along with the target system, the funds allowed for the purchase of a small portable generator to operate the system. The Sons and Daughters of Italy is proud to support police and first responders throughout Clinton County. This funding is generated by the income from the PA Skill games.
