Local travel group looks for participants in 2027 trip to Alpine Europe

1 min read

Have you ever dreamed about the glories of Alpine Europe? Picture the splendor of late September, pristine lakes, small towns, a train ride through the mountain peaks, crisp mountain air, topped off with Oktoberfest in Munich.

Spots are available now to travel on this adventure with a local group headed by Joanne Heimer to visit five countries from Sept. 11-26, 2027.

During this 16-day tour, wander cobbled lanes, view glaciers from the Bernina Express, raise a stein inside a traditional beer tent and finish in the Austrian city (Salzburg) immortalized in The Sound of Music.

Optional Excursions take you to the top of the Alps, cruise Lake Como, visit the Bavarian Castle that inspired Walt Disney's castle, tour the Dachau Concentration camp and visit Hitler's Eagles Nest along with a Salt Mine in Germany.

This captures Europe at its most festive and scenic. Everywhere you look is a postcard!

Enrolling now locks in today's prices and gives you months to save for this dream trip in 2027. Learn more by contacting Heimer at 570-295-1431 or jheimer@comcast.net.
