Calling all veterans! A group is being started for our veterans -- first one to be held Monday, Aug. 17, at 7 p.m., in the SVRCS library at 236 E. Main St., Loganton. The group will have local and state veterans affairs reps joining us for the evening to listen to your concerns, answer questions and explain resources that are available to you! Perhaps you're in need of a cane, crutches, a walker, shower chair, a bedside potty or even a hospital bed, give the Lions a call. Happy Travelers' 2026 Trips
Trips planned for 2026 include Mackinac Island, Mich., on Sept. 14-19; a Show Trip Extravaganza in Branson, Mo., on Oct. 4-10; and a Holiday Show Trip in Myrtle Beach, S.C., from Nov. 30-Dec. 5.
