The Dogwood Circle Garden Club recently announced the recipient of its August Garden of the Month. Riding down East Walnut Street in Lock Haven will bring you to the home of Tom and Linda Miller who reside at 413 E. Walnut St. Linda has spent fourteen years perfecting the landscape with a profusion of floral displays. Annuals and perennials frame her house for each season. Hanging baskets, window boxes and large and small ground displays intrigue the viewer. Don't miss this floral gem.
