Open House
The Sugar Valley Historical Society will host its annual Open House on Sept. 19, from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at 1756 Bull Run Road, two miles southwest of Loganton off Route 477. This year's event features museum and one-room school tours, a raffle ticket drawing and observance of the 250th Anniversary of the United States. They will also be hosting a chicken barbecue. Meals are available for $12 each with both dine-in and take-out options. It includes chicken leg and thigh, baked beans, applesauce, homemade cake and your choice of soda or water.
Trip canceled

KBR Bingos
KBR Bingo and More are having their Friday night Bingos again! After a summer break, the Bingos are back! Doors open at 4:30 p.m. and Bingo starts at 6:30 p.m.
You're also welcome to join players on Tuesday evening at 6:30 p.m. and on Saturday and Sunday afternoons at 1 p.m. for special benefit Bingos to help individuals and groups in our community. Visit KBR Bingo's Facebook page for more Bingo announcements
