St. Paul Food Pantry
St. Paul Food Pantry, 6220 Nittany Valley Drive, Mill Hall, (1 mile north of the I-80 interchange on Route 64), is open the second and fourth Wednesday of every month from 9 to 11 a.m. No documentation is required. You may call the church at 570-748-7932 or 570-726-7460. People may call these numbers at any time for any type of assistance they may need.
United Way Bingo
A Cash and Designer Purse Bingo will be held at the Woodward Township fire hall in Linden on Sunday, Nov. 15. Doors open at 10:30 a.m. Early Bird game starts at 12:30 p.m., followed by Bingo at 1 p.m. Designer Purses, Cash prizes, special raffles, food and drinks. Participants Welcome
Get your costume ready for the Lock Haven Halloween Parade that will be held on Saturday, Oct. 24, beginning at 10 a.m. Line-up is at 9:30 a.m. in the area of East Main and Henderson Street. Registration is not required and anyone can participate. The parade will end at Triangle Park where an afterparty of free children's games and refreshments will be available. In case of rain, an indoor afterparty will be held at Eastside Fire Rescue on East Church Street.
Class of 1964
LHHS and ICHS Class of 1964 will meet for their monthly luncheon on Thursday, Sept. 24, at 1 p.m., at the Hublersburg Inn. All class members and guests are invited. Call Donna Barton 570-748-6821 to make your reservations.
