Fall Festival
The Walker Township Fall Festival will be held on Saturday, Sept. 26, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., in the main pavilion area of Walker Township Park, 816 Nittany Valley Drive, Bellefonte. This is a FAMILY FUN event! Come out and enjoy the many free activities. Activities include pumpkin decorating, crafts, games, entertainment and scarecrow making! Community groups will be selling a variety of food and drink. A variety of craft vendors will also be set up. Come out and enjoy the fall weather in our park.

Distribution
Food Distribution will be on Thursday, Oct. 1, at 5 p.m., at Howard United Methodist Church. Food is given out to anyone in need and there is no income requirement.
Veterans
Benefit Ride
Join American Legion Post 131 riders for the first time ever during a Benefit Ride for Veterans on Sept. 26. Sign-ups are at 10 a.m. and kickstands go up at 11 a.m. The cost is $10 per driver, and $5 for a passenger From Lock Haven Post 131 the first stop is at Renovo Post 442, and then head to Milesburg Post 893. From Milesburg the ride goes to Beech Creek Post 623 and then back to Lock Haven's Post 131. All stops are 30 minutes each. Proceeds will be used to help Veterans.
