LOCK HAVEN -- Local NSDAR (Daughters of the American Revolution) begins their year on Sept. 15, at 1 p.m., in the Gross Room of the Ross Library.
Constitution week is Sept. 17-24 and DAR will celebrate with a special program on "Bells."
Zach Kramer will continue the celebration with a special display in the library. Members are invited to bring in a bell for show and tell.
Those interested in becoming members are invited to join in on the fall meeting.
