Historical society to host ‘Roadside Research’ presentation Oct. 11

LOCK HAVEN -- As part of the year long celebration of our nation's 250th birthday, Joby Topper will be presenting "Roadside Research, America 250 Edition" on Oct. 11, at 2 p.m., at the Poorman Gallery, 352 E. Water St., Lock Haven.

His topic will cover people and events in Clinton County during the Revolutionary War period, 1776 to 1783. Joby is the Director of the Commonwealth Libraries in Lock Haven, Mansfield and Bloomsburg. He has been part of our community since 2004 and has made numerous historical presentations over the years.
