LOCK HAVEN -- Local business owners, aspiring entrepreneurs and individuals interested in starting or growing a business are invited to attend Connect & Grow: Entrepreneur Luncheon on Wednesday, Nov. 18, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Susquehanna Event Center, 216 E. Main St., Lock Haven.

Hosted by the Penn State Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the Clinton County Economic Partnership (CCEP), the free event is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week, a worldwide celebration of entrepreneurship that brings together entrepreneurs, aspiring business owners and organizations that support business development.

The luncheon will provide an opportunity for attendees to connect with fellow entrepreneurs, local business owners, community leaders and organizations offering resources to help businesses succeed. Lunch will be provided by Keystone Central School District Culinary Arts.

The program will also feature an engaging, interactive session with Stephen Whitehead of Commonwealth University, designed to inspire fresh thinking and new perspectives.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet representatives from several organizations that provide business assistance and resources, including Penn State SBDC, Clinton County Economic Partnership, PA CareerLink, Penn State Law, Veterans Business Outreach Center, Ben Franklin Technology Partners and other organizations supporting businesses and entrepreneurs.

Whether seeking guidance on starting a business, exploring funding opportunities, accessing workforce resources, obtaining legal assistance or simply making valuable connections, attendees will have the opportunity to learn about resources available throughout Clinton County and across Pennsylvania.
