Dogwood Circle Garden Club continues its celebration of America’s 250 years by inviting “Libby Liberty” to grace the garden across from the Express on Main Street in Lock Haven. The club hopes she brings a smile to passersby who enjoy our gardens. Each monthly program is a reflection on America’s Colonial past with the overall theme “250 Years and Still Blooming.”
