WILLIAMSPORT -- UPMC welcomes Brad Bailey, M.D., to UPMC Orthopaedic Care in Williamsport.
Dr. Bailey earned his medical degree from Penn State College of Medicine, State College, Pa. He completed an orthopaedic surgery residency at University of Massachusetts Chan Medical School, Worcester, Mass., and an orthopaedic adult reconstruction fellowship at BronxCare Health System, Bronx, N.Y.
