Sentences handed down in Clinton, Lycoming county courts

LOCK HAVEN – The following sentences were handed down in Clinton County Court recently.

DELIVERY – Maurice Flipper Johnson of Philadelphia, charged by Lock Haven police for delivery of a controlled substance and conspiracy was fined $500 and was sentenced to eight to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility followed by another $500 fine and probation for two years.

THEFT FROM VEHICLE – Stephanie Lynn Eck of Lock Haven, charged by Pine Creek Township police for theft from a motor vehicle, was fined $500, ordered to pay restitution of $125 to Noelle Shilling of Avis, and was placed on probation for 24 months.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Vincent Anthony Riggs Mauck of Beech Creek, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct, was fined $500, was ordered to pay $250 in restitution to Skylar Coover of Renovo and was placed on probation for six months.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – Damion Alexander Gingery of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for possession of drug paraphernalia, was fined $500 and placed on probation for 12 months.

DRUNK DRIVING – Russell Charles Brown of Mill Hall, charged by state police for intoxicated driving, was fined $500, ordered to pay numerous fees and assessments and was placed on Intermediate Punishment for six months including restrictive Intermediate Punishment for 48 hours in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – Lewis Charles Staub of Mill Hall charged by state police for drug paraphernalia, was fined $300 and placed on probation for 12 months.

POSSESSION – Jonathan Charles Kaiser of Lewistown, charged by Pine Creek Township police for possession of a controlled substance , was fined $500 and was sentenced to 30 days to 12 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

PROBATION REVOKED – Gary Fausey II of Mill Hall, charged by Pine Creek Township, and having his probation revoked for use of marijuana and Percocet, was fined $500 and was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility followed by 36 months of probation.

DRUNK DRIVING – Tonya Grace Smith of Howard, charged by state police for intoxicated driving and illegal use of solvent, was fined $1,000, ordered to pay numerous fees and assessment, and was sentenced to 72 hours to six months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

FALSE REPORTS – Lesley Anne Ruszkai of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for false reports to law enforcement authorities, was fined $500 and placed on probation for 12 months.

RETAIL THEFT – Alan Kevin Jones II of Mill Hall, charged by state police for retail theft, was ordered to pay $365 in restitution to Walmart and was placed on probation for 48 months.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Jerry Scott Chamberlain of Williamsport, charged by Pine Creek Township police for disorderly conduct, was fined $300.

RETAIL THEFT – Makenze Julia Williams of Williamsport, charged by state police for retail theft, was fined $100, was ordered to pay $98.18 in restitution to Walmart an was placed on probation for 40 months.

RECKLESS ENDANGERING – John Andrew German of Mill Hall, charged by state police for recklessly endangering another person, was fined $500 and was placed on probation for 24 months.

RETAIL THEFT – William Eugene Swortwood Jr. of Mill Hall, charged by state police for retail theft, was fined $1,000 and was placed on probation for 24 months.

BAD CHECKS, THEFT – Curtis Lee Reynolds of Jersey Shore, charged by Pine Creek Township police for bad checks and theft of leased property, was fined $500, ordered to pay $1,712 to the Lock Haven Rent-A-Center and was sentenced to six to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility. Reynolds was also ordered to pay $3,496 in restitution to Arrive In Style Limousine in Lock Haven and $981.24 to the South Avis Inn in Jersey Shore.

RETAIL THEFT – Napheace J. Cooper-Reed of Norristown, charged by state police for retail theft, and having violated probation, was fined $500, was ordered to pay restitution of $28.74 to Wal-mart, and was placed on probation for 18 months.

DRUG PARAPHERNALIA – Jason Jon Brown of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven University police for possession of drug paraphernalia, was fined $100 and was placed on probation for six months.

DELIVERY, CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – Staci Nicole Wyland of Lock Haven, charged by state police for delivery of a controlled substance, had his probation revoked, was fined $500, and was sentenced to 30 days to 23 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – Keith Jay Stringfellow of Blanchard, charged by Lock Haven police for simple assault, was fined $4,000, was ordered to pay restitution to John Paul Tyson for $1,302 and was placed on probation for 24 months.

TERRORISTIC THREATS – Shane Michael Darby of West Milton, charged by Lock Haven police for terroristic threats, was fined $500 and was sentenced to 30 days to 12 months in the Clinton County Correctional Facility.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Richard Steven Gee of Mill Hall, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct, was fined $100.

DISORDERLY CONDUCT – Kevin Mattew Timko of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for disorderly conduct, was fined $100.

DEFIANT TRESPASS – Tavon Willim Hemphill of Philadelphia, charged by Lock Haven police for defiant trespass, was fined $100 and ordered to pay $146 in restitution to Gurney Wagner.

LOITERING, PROWLING – Tyler Matthew Bertin of Lock Haven, charged by Lock Haven police for loitering and prowling at night , was fined $500 and was placed on probation for 12 months. Bertin was also charged with simple assault, and was fined $500 and placed on probation for 24 months on that charge.

RETAIL THEFT – Brock Winston Breon of Blanchard, charged by state police for retail theft, ws fined $500 and was placed on Intermediate Punishment for 24 months, including 90 days of restrictive intermediate punishment at the CC work release center.

PFA VIOLATION – David Wayne Saar of Jersey Shore, charged by Lock Haven police for violating a Protection From Abuse order of the court, was fined $300 and was placed on probation for six months.

SIMPLE ASSAULT – Michael Ryan Carnes of North Bend, charged by Lock Haven police for simple assault, was fined $300 and placed on probation for 24 months.

CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE – Ryan Alec Stasko of Lock Haven, charged by state police for manufacture of a controlled substance, was fined $1,000 and was placed on probation for 24 months.

RECKLESS ENDANGERING -Alfred L. Rishel of Loganton, charged by state police for reckless endangering of another person, was fined $500 and was placed on probation for 12 months.
