Flaming Foliage underway this weekend in Renovo

RENOVO -- With nearly 150 vendors awaiting customers and the arrival of 25 queen contestants and escorts yesterday afternoon, the stage has been set for the 69th annual Flaming Foliage Festival (FFF) in Renovo this weekend.
Months of preparation from not just the FFF Committee members but by many throughout the town, and a weather outlook of nearly 80 degrees have culminated into the perfect backdrop for the weekend's highlight, the Parade of Queens.
The craft show's official start time is 9 a.m. on Saturday and will run throughout the day on Saturday well into the evening, before re-opening Sunday morning.
The weekend will come to a close Sunday afternoon at 3 p.m. at the Bucktail Area High School, when the 69th annual FFF Queen will be announced.
