Food deliveries continue in Renovo

Food boxes have been a regular site in the Renovo area as several groups have continued to offer remarkable amounts of assistance to those affected by the coranavirus as well as those just needing help in general. The New Love Center of Jersey Shore has been steadfast in their help to the Renovo area. Along with their partnership with the Renovo Fire Department they have provided food boxes every month since last spring. Last week again saw the volunteers helping to distribute the boxes. Each household received two boxes — one containing cereals and canned goods and the other was loaded with meats. Contactless pick up is a must as recipients simply pull up to the fire department and have their boxes loaded into their vehicles. The monthly donations have reached as high as 175 households helped with an average of around 125.
