LOCK HAVEN -- Although a little rain and strong winds cut the outdoor portion of the 8th Annual LH JAMS Festival a little shorter -- it didn't dampen everyone's spirits.
The all-day music festival kicked off with the Central Mountain Jazz Cats on the Main Street stage and ended with B-Street Band: A Tribute to The Boss in The Roxy Theater, following changing weather conditions.
Other bands that performed during Saturday's festival included: Paul Jost and the Steve Rudolph Trio, The Unstoppable Hack Beats, You Do You and James Supra and the Sarah Ayers Band.
Before the late change in venue, LH JAMS ran as it always does -- with great music on the Main Street and Elk Patio stages; a wide variety of arts and crafts vendors; plein air painters capturing the atmosphere from all angles; and delicious food from vendors and local restaurants, who offered outdoor dining as well.

Exercising caution, the Clinton County Arts Council -- which organizes the event each year -- opted to move its final performance inside The Roxy.
The hundreds of folks who'd enjoyed the event all day were quick to trade their folding chairs for theater seats as they enjoyed hit after hit from B Street.
The LH JAMS festival, a now three-day event, takes place every year with the help of a large variety of sponsors.
Prior to each performance, CCAC Past President Carol Cillo thanked the following for their help in making the festival happen:
