After serving as a part-time Renovo Borough Police officer for over a year and a half, Renovo Mayor Gene Bruno swore in Greg Drollinger as the new chief of police, a position that had been vacated in the borough for a couple of years. "Greg deserves this, I ran on wanting to be mayor as wanting to rebuild the police department from the ground up. Greg has done that. This is just one more significant move towards that becoming a reality," Bruno said. Chief Drollinger works as a full-time officer in Woodward Township and covers Renovo approximately 30 hours a week, along with Renovo's full-time officer, Jim Knarr.
