Even with sunny skies and warmer weather, the 2023 General Election saw a relatively low to moderate turn out on Tuesday. Due to The Express's presstime, results will not be published in print until Thursday. Those interested in viewing results may do so by visiting www.lockhaven.com. Editorial staff spent Tuesday night, following the closure of the polls, compiling preliminary results which are posted on The Express website.
