Both Heather Alexander and Tami Brannan were sworn in Monday night by Mayor Joel Long during council’s reorganization meeting. Incumbent Jeff Brinker, who was re-elected to his position, was sworn in during the Clinton County Oath of Office Ceremony on Dec. 29, 2023.
