LOCK HAVEN — Commonwealth University Lock Haven’s campus buzzed with activity this past weekend as students, their cars brimming with belongings, made their way back for fall semester move-in weekend.
With classes starting today, the activity on campus has shifted from packed cars to packed hallways, as students settle into their new schedules.
Lock Haven’s newest Bald Eagles received a warm reception on Thursday and Friday, as admissions ambassadors and members of the university’s field hockey team lined Fairview Street to greet the incoming students.
Students returning to campus found their way back to Lock Haven on Saturday and Sunday, giving the new students a chance to explore and mingle.
The start of a new semester can be hectic and overwhelming, especially for new students. However, being informed about the available resources can empower you and make the transition smoother. Thankfully, the university has compiled a range of resources to help.
