Who is on the ballot in your municipality
LOCK HAVEN — Though the question of whether to retain three of Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court judges is on many residents’ minds, locally a variety of supervisor, borough council, mayoral and more elections are taking place in Clinton County’s 28 municipalities in the upcoming General Election.
The General Election will be held on Tuesday, Nov. 4, with polls opening at 7 a.m. and closing at 8 p.m.

The following information, provided by the Clinton County Voter Registration Office, lists what seats are up for election in each municipality, and what individuals are running for those seats:
ALLISON TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Two seats are open on the Allison Township Board of Supervisors. Glenn Neff, Sr., a Republican, is running for a two-year term on the board while Joseph W. Darby is running for the six-year term. Both candidates are running unopposed.
— Auditor: Two seats are open of the three auditor positions in the township. Polly M. A. Spangler, a Democrat, is running for the six-year term unopposed. Meanwhile, no candidate has filed for the four-year term.
— Tax Collector: No candidate has filed for the township’s tax collector position. The seat is a four-year term.
— Judge of Elections: Gerri Miller, a Republican, is the lone candidate running for the township’s Judge of Elections. The position is a four-year term.
AVIS BOROUGH
— Mayor: One candidate will be featured on the ballot for the four-year term as borough mayor. Ernest M. Harter, III, a Democrat, is running unopposed for the seat.
— Council Members: Four seats on Avis Borough Council — each a four-year term — will be on the ballot this November, with four candidates running for those positions. Amy J. Brooks, Denise R. Davidson, Michael R. Herman, all Democrats, and Jeremy Fanning, a Republican, will be on the ballot Nov. 3.
— Judge of Elections: One candidate will be on the ballot for Judge of Elections, a position that has a four-year term. Margaret McCracken, an independent, was the only candidate to file for the position.
— Inspector of Elections: Two individuals are looking to fill the Inspector of Elections seat in the borough. The term lasts four years. William Danis, a Republican, and Deborah Miller, an independent, will each be featured on the ballot.
— Tax Collector: Cheri L. Aungst, a Democrat, is the lone candidate on the ballot for the borough’s four-year tax collector position.
BALD EAGLE
TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Two candidates will be running for an open seat on the township’s board of supervisors in November. Incumbent Steve Tasselli, a Republican, and newcomer Tim Owens, a Democrat, will both be on the November ballot looking to secure a six-year term on the board.
— Judge of Elections: Carol L. Yorks, a Republican, is the lone candidate for the four-year Judge of Elections seat in the township.
— Tax Collector: Kimberly A. Phillips, a Republican, is the only candidate on the ballot for a four-year term as the township’s tax collector.
— Auditor: No candidates have filed for the two- or six-year terms as township auditors.
— Inspector of Elections: No candidate has filed for the four-year term as the township’s Inspector of Elections.
BEECH CREEK
BOROUGH
— Mayor: One candidate will be featured on the ballot for the four-year mayoral term in the borough. James R. Walker, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be included on the ballot Nov. 3.
— Council Members: Four candidates are running to fill four seats opening up on the borough’s council in 2026. Craig E. Lindsey, Timothy L. Bittner, William T. Kessinger and Joseph H. Walker, all Republicans, will be included on the ballot in November. Each seat is a four-year term.
— Tax Collector: No candidate has filed for the four-year term as tax collector.
— Inspector of Elections: Two candidates are running for the Inspector of Elections in the borough. Jamie Orr, a Republican, and Rebecca LaVelle, a Democrat, will each be included on the ballot. The position is a four-year term.
— Judge of Elections: Vickie Hanley, a Democrat, will be the only name included on the ballot for the borough’s Judge of Elections. The position is a four-year term.
BEECH CREEK TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Bradley J. Moore, a Republican, is the lone candidate that will be included on the township’s ballot. Moore is running for a six-year term on the municipality’s board of supervisors.
— Inspector of Elections: Two candidates will be featured on the ballot for a four-year term as Inspector of Elections. Elizabeth Falls, a Republican, and Darlene Berry, a Democrat, will look to secure the seat.
— Judge of Elections: Marlene Rohrbaugh, a Republican, is the lone candidate included on the November ballot for a four-year term.
— Auditor: No candidate is listed for an open six-year term as a township auditor.
— Tax Collector: No candidate is listed for a four-year term as the township’s tax collector.
CASTANEA
TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Incumbent Supervisor Brandon C. Coleman, who punched his ticket on both the Democratic and Republican ballots in May, is the lone name on the ballot, as he looks to retain his seat on the board for another six years.
— Auditors: Mary Margaret Winton and Vickie Long, both Republicans, are each featured on the ballot for two open auditor positions in the township. Winton is running for the six-year term and Long is running for a four-year term.
— Tax Collector: No candidate has filed for the four-year tax collector position.
— Judge of Elections: No candidate has filed for the four-year position.
— Inspector of Elections: No candidate has filed for the four-year term.
CHAPMAN
TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Mitchell Shady, who punched his ticket on both the Democratic and Republican ballots in the Primary Election, will be the sole candidate listed on the ballot for township supervisor on Nov. 3. Shady is looking to secure a six-year term on the board.
— Inspector of Elections: Two candidates are running for the Inspector of Elections position in the township. Maryanna Eschenbach, a Republican, and Joyce A. Stewart, a Democrat, will each be on the ballot for the position which has a four-year term.
— Tax Collector: Marsha Davis, a Republican, is the lone candidate on the ballot for the township’s tax collector position. The position is a four-year term.
CITY OF LOCK
HAVEN
— Council Members: There are three seats opening on Lock Haven City Council, with five candidates featured on the ballot in November. Incumbents Barbara Masorti, a Democrat, and Richard “Rick” Conklin, an independent, are looking to retain their seats while newcomers Brendan Berthold, a Democrat, Micah Clausen, a Republican, and Tristan Avenbaum, an independent, are hoping to snag one or more of the open seats. The third seat is currently held by long-time member Steve Stevenson, who did not seek re-election. Each position is a four-year term.
— Treasurer: No candidate has filed for the city’s Treasurer position, which is a four-year term.
— Controller: No candidate has filed for the city’s Controller position, which is a four-year term.
— Judge of Elections: Only two of the city’s five wards have candidates listed for Judge of Elections. June Houser, a Republican, will be on the ballot for the city’s third ward and Joanne M. Furl, a Democrat, will be listed for the fourth ward. The first, second and fifth wards do not have a candidate listed. The position is a four-year term.
— Inspector of Elections: Two of the city’s five wards have candidates filed for the four-year Inspector of Elections position. In the third ward, Bethany Brinker, a Republican, is the only candidate on the ballot. In the fourth ward, Joann K. Marcinkevage, a Republican, and Richard W. Marcinkevage, a Democrat, are looking to fill the open seat. Meanwhile, no candidates have filed for the city’s first, second or fifth ward.
COLEBROOK TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Jay Simcox, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a six-year term on the township’s board of supervisors.
— Auditor: Tammy Guthrie, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be on the ballot to fill a six-year term as one of the township’s three auditors.
— Tax Collector: No candidate has filed for the four-year term as tax collector in the township.
— Judge of Elections: Susan Andrews, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot for a four-year term as the township’s Judge of Elections.
— Inspector of Elections: No candidate has filed for this four-year term position.
CRAWFORD
TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Gerald Seyler, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term on the township’s board of supervisors.
— Auditor: All three open positions for township auditor — a two-year term, four-year term and six-year term — do not have candidates filed in the General Election.
— Tax Collector: No candidate has filed to fill the four-year term of township tax collector.
— Judge of Elections: No candidate has filed to fill this four-year term position.
— Inspector of Elections: No candidate has filed to fill the four-year term for this position.
DUNNSTABLE TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Thomas E. Bechtdol, Jr., a Republican, is the only candidate listed on the ballot to fill a six-year term on the township’s board of supervisors.
— Inspector of Elections: Jeni Lucas, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the township’s Inspector of Elections.
— Judge of Elections: Sue Weise, a Republican, is the lone candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this township position.
— Tax Collector: Patty A. White, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the township’s tax collector.
— Auditor: No candidate has filed for this six-year term position.
FLEMINGTON
BOROUGH
— Mayor: Former council member Jo Anne LaRocque, who punched her ticket in the Primary Election on both the Democratic and Republican ballots, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill the four-year term as the borough’s mayor.
— Council Member: With four seats open, four incumbent borough council members are looking to retain their seats for another four-year term. Albert “Hap” Hill, David Grimm, Stephen W. Hoy and Traci A. Kuntz, all Republicans, will all be on the ballot during the General Election.
— Inspector of Elections: Vonda Miller, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the borough’s Inspector of Elections.
— Judge of Elections: Melanie Stover, a Democrat, is the lone candidate who will be on the ballot for the four-year term as judge of elections.
— Tax Collector: No candidate has filed to fill a four-year term as tax collector for the borough.
GALLAGHER
TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: William Mann, a Republican, will be the only candidate listed on the November ballot to fill a six-year term on the township’s board of supervisors.
— Inspector of Elections: Rose M. Glassic, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the township’s Inspector of Elections.
— Judge of Elections: No candidate has filed to fill the four-year term for this position.

— Inspector of Elections: Nancy Barner, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this position.
— Judge of Elections: Debra L. Weaver, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this position.

— Supervisor: Two seats on the township’s board of supervisors will be included on the ballot this General Election, with one candidate each to be listed. Richard A. Grenell, Sr., a Republican, is looking to secure a six-year term as supervisor. Eric Williamson, an independent, will look to secure a four-year term.
— Auditor: Two open auditors positions — one for four years and another for six years — will have no candidates included on the ballot.

— Inspector of Elections: Susan M. Moshier, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be listed to fill a four-year term for this position.

— Tax Collector: Lesley A. Stewart, a Republican, is the only candidate looking to fill a four-year term as the township’s tax collector.
— Auditor: No candidates have filed for either a six-year or four-year term as a township auditor.
LOGANTON BOROUGH
— Mayor: Ashleigh Shadle, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be included on the ballot running for a four-year term as the borough’s mayor.
— Council members: Four candidates will be included on the ballot to fill four seats on the borough’s council. Candidates include Christopher Miller, Keith A. Erdley, Kyler Miller and Ryan Bierly, all Republicans. These positions are four-year terms. No candidate has filed to fill a two-year term that will also be featured on the ballot.
— Auditor: Jane E. Rossman, a Democrat, is the only candidate who will be included on the ballot to fill a six-year term for this borough position.
— Judge of Elections: Teressa E. Miller, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be included on the ballot for a four-year term for this position.

— Mayor: Tom Evers, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the borough’s mayor. Outgoing Mayor Thomas Bossert chose not to run for re-election in the 2025 cycle.
— Council members: Three incumbent members will be looking to retain their seat on borough council for another four years. Derek Berry, Derek J. Caris and Karen Houser, all Republicans, will be included on the ballot this General Election. No other candidates will be listed.
— Inspector of Elections: Two candidates will look to secure one open seat as the borough’s Inspector of Election. Linda Walker, a Democrat, and Penny L. Strunk, a Republican, each are looking to secure the single, four-year term.

— Auditor: Shaun L. Radabaugh, who punched his ticket on both the Republican and Democratic ballots in the primary, is the only candidate looking to secure a six-year term as the township’s auditor.
— Judge of Elections: In Pine Creek I, Colleen Crowley, a Republican, is running for that region of the township’s Judge of Elections position. Bonnie Nichols, who punched her ticket for region II of the township on both the Republican and Democratic ballot, is the only candidate who will be listed on that ballot. Both positions are for a four-year term.
— Inspector of Elections: In region I, G. David Friant, a Democrat, is running unopposed on the ballot for this position. No candidate has filed for region II in the township. Both positions are a four-year term.
PORTER TOWNSHIP
— Supervisor: Incumbent Philip Courter, a Republican, is the lone candidate featured on the ballot for a six-year term on the township’s board of supervisors.

— Council members: Four individuals are looking to secure one of four open seats on borough council. Corey Aungst and David Walker, both Democrats, and Tracy E. Bruno and Michael Kelley, both Republicans, will be on the ballot this General Election, each looking to serve a four-year term on council.
— Inspector of Elections: Tracey E. Williams, a Republican, is the only name that will be listed on the ballot for the four-year Inspector of Elections position.
— Judge of Elections: No candidate filed for the four-year term as the borough’s Judge of Elections.
— Tax Collector: Deborah Pedokus, a Democrat, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this position.
SOUTH RENOVO BOROUGH
— Mayor: No candidate has filed to fill the four-year term as mayor of the borough.
— Council members: No candidates have filed to fill any of the three open four-year terms on borough council or a 2-year term.
— Inspector of Elections: Two candidates will look to fill the four-year term as the borough’s Inspector of Elections. Patricia A. Wilson, a Democrat, and Karen Overgord, a Republican, will both be included on the November ballot.
— Judge of Elections: Jane Edwards, a Democrat, is the lone candidate included on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this borough position.
— Tax Collector: Patricia Wilson, a Democrat, is the lone candidate that has filed to fill the four-year term for this borough position.

— Supervisor: Incumbent James B. Maguire, a Republican, is looking to retain his seat for a six-year term on the township’s board of supervisors. He is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot.
— Inspector of Elections: Penny Harter, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the township’s Inspector of Elections.
— Judge of Elections: Marion Spong, a Republican, is the only candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the township’s Judge of Elections.

— Supervisors: Incumbent John L. Barth, II, a Democrat, and newcomer Eric Jacobs, a Republican, will be battling to see who earns a six-year term on the township’s board of supervisors.
— Inspector of Elections: Vicki J. Shoemaker, a Democrat, is the lone candidate that will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term as the township’s Inspector of Elections.
— Judge of Elections: Kimberly Coleman, a Democrat, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this township position.
— Tax Collector: Rick Houseknecht, a Republican, is the only candidate who will be listed on the ballot to fill a four-year term for this position.
— Auditor: No one has filed for the open six-year term as a township auditor.
WEST KEATING
The township has a multitude of open seats this election cycle, with only one candidate featured. Troy Kepple, a Republican, is running for a four-year term as the township’s auditor. All other open positions do not have a candidate filed. They include: two-year and six-year auditors; four-year Inspector of Elections; four-year Judge of Elections; a four-year term as supervisor and a six-year term as supervisor; and a four-year term as tax collector.
