Close to 30 local veterans are receiving holiday gift bags from the Rotary Club of Downtown Lock Haven. The Rotarians filled the bags with personal care items, puzzle books and candy, then on Thursday, Dec. 18, presented some to veterans in Fulmer’s Personal Care Home. They also delivered gift bags for veterans in Haven Place and Lock Haven Rehabilitation and Senior Living (the former Susque-View) but could not visit them because of Covid and flu safety measures.
