Lock Haven resident Zackary Miller was able to catch this 25 inch Golden Rainbow Trout in Mill Hall on Wednesday, April 8. Miller told The Express he used a 3-weight fly rod to get the job done, noting the fish weighed five pounds. “It’s one of my biggest fish to come out of this stream. Though I’ve caught some impressive browns over 20 inches over the years,” he said. Miller said this catch came after some high waters made fishing a little more difficult during opening weekend of trout fishing season.
