The American Legion Remembrance Post #442 of Renovo as well as the Bucktail Detachment #865 Marine Corps League held military services at local cemeteries and monuments throughout western Clinton County Sunday morning, honoring the many veterans that have been laid to rest throughout the community. The group said a prayer, laid flowers, saluted the dead with colors and the playing of TAPS, as well as a gun salute. The dedicated group faithfully makes their rounds every year, no matter the weather, after spending the previous couple of weekends putting up new flags on the gravesites of all veterans.
