Community invited to take part in Go Joe America250PA celebration

LOCK HAVEN — Clinton County residents are invited to join WNEP’s Joe Snedeker as he makes a special stop in Lock Haven as part of his annual Go Joe journey on Thursday, July 23, 2026.

The visit will be filmed for future broadcast on WNEP and is expected to take place sometime between 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. Exact timing will be announced closer to the event date.

Community members are encouraged to gather at the J. Doyle Corman Amphitheater in Veterans Park to help showcase the pride, patriotism and community spirit that make Clinton County such a special place. Residents are invited to bring American flags and fill the amphitheater as Joe arrives in Lock Haven, creating a memorable backdrop celebrating both our community and the upcoming America250PA commemoration.

The filming is expected to highlight several local landmarks and initiatives. This special visit provides an opportunity to showcase Clinton County’s history, community pride and the people and places that make our region unique as Pennsylvania and the nation prepare to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.
