Hot temperatures didn’t keep hundreds away from DLH for annual Best of Clinton County

LOCK HAVEN — High temperatures and sunny skies set up the perfect backdrop for Downtown Lock Haven, Inc.’s annual Best of Clinton County event this week.

On Saturday, DLH hosted its yearly event, which features over 60 vendors, the chance for folks to hear live music and visit a variety of local shops and restaurants; a kids event space hosted by Beyond the Bell for Clinton County and ending with the ever-popular parade.

Vendors lined East Main Street, offering a variety of goods, services and community resources for attendees to explore. In the East Main Street parking lot, families enjoyed activities including a bounce house, caricature drawings and face painting.

The day wrapped up with the highly anticipated parade through downtown, drawing crowds along the streets.

Special guests added extra excitement for children and families, including Flash the Fire Fox from Flash & Sirens of Clinton County and everyone’s favorite neighborhood superhero, Spider-Man, who stopped for photos and helped bring smiles to the crowd.

Starting at $4.10/week.
