Ice Shack holds customer appreciation specials celebrating two decades in community

MILL HALL -- After proudly serving the Mill Hall community for the past 20 years, Ice Shack celebrated its anniversary by hosting a Customer Appreciation Week from Aug. 4 through Aug. 8.
Throughout the week, customers were treated to a variety of special promotions as a way of thanking the community for two decades of support.
Featured discounts included half-price strawberry shortcake parfaits, banana splits, gelatis and pretzels, while children received a free kid-sized ice cream cone on Saturday.
In addition to the sweet treats, Ice Shack also offered BBQ pork and BBQ brisket sandwiches on Friday and Saturday on a donation basis while supplies lasted.
According to Ice Shack staff, the week was organized as a way to give back to the community that has supported the business throughout the years.
Their appreciation week served as a thank-you to loyal customers and families who have made the Ice Shack a summertime tradition in Mill Hall for the past two decades.
