Local resident and long-time Clinton County Fair participant Nikki Bechdel was presented the 2026 Friend of the Fair Award prior to the crowning of the fair queen. Bechdel received recognition by the fair's board of directors and other local representatives, including the Pennsylvania Department of Agriculture, for her dedication and service at the fair. Express readers may recall Bechdel won the Incredible Angel Food Cake Baking Contest in January at the 2026 PA Farm Show in Harrisburg.
