Set up for the Labor Day Regatta finished up Friday afternoon ahead of the first night along East Water Street. Opening ceremonies will begin at 10 a.m. with Clinton County Commissioner Angela Harding presenting.The regatta features carnival rides, vendors, food, games, craft vendors and powerboat racing, along with fireworks on Sunday, Sept. 6, at 10 p.m. Fireworks rain date is Monday, Sept. 7, at 9 p.m. Midway and arts and crafts hours are Friday, Sept. 4, from 6-10 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 5, from 10 a.m.-10 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 6, from 11 a.m.-10 p.m. and Monday, Sept. 7, from 10 a.m.-8 p.m.
