The Roxy Theatre in downtown Lock Haven was serving up more than popcorn as Ghostface turned up for the first week of their annual Fright Fest Thursday evening. The annual event features an eerie atmosphere and special ticket prices that include a small drink and a small popcorn. The hauntingly good time continues Thursday at 7 p.m., with a rumored appearance by the boogeyman himself.
