MILL HALL -- Construction is underway at the Sheetz location in Mill Hall, Clinton County, following its temporary closure earlier this month for a remodeling project.
The convenience store and gas station closed on October 19, 2026, as crews began preparations for the renovation.
On Friday, October 30, construction crews and heavy equipment were actively working at the property. Excavation equipment, construction materials, and workers were visible as progress continued on the site.
The remodeling project is expected to keep the location closed for several months, with an anticipated reopening in early March 2027.
The temporary closure affects a popular stop for motorists, commuters, and local residents who regularly use the Mill Hall location.
While construction continues, customers will need to utilize other nearby convenience stores and fuel stations.
