BELLEFONTE — As housing costs continue to challenge residents across Centre County, the county commissioners are reopening a program designed to increase the supply of affordable homes. MILL HALL — Dr. Alan Lononconus will return to the Keystone Central School District as its interim superintendent on July 1. Lonoconus, who served in the interim role in 2018 after the sudden departure of then-Superintendent Dr. Kelly Hastings, will take on the role after Dr. Francis Redmon’s final day on June 30.
