Insect Safari
HYNER -- On Friday, June 30, at 3:30 p.m., at Hyner Run State Park, join the park naturalist to go on an "Insect Safari" and learn some of the characteristics of an insect and also go on a walk to look for different insects and their cousins. There will be a craft. This program is intended for children, but anyone is welcome to attend. All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate. Program may be modified or canceled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet at the amphitheater (by the pool).

All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate. Programs may be modified or canceled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet at the amphitheater (by the pool). Please bring a lawn chair.

Meet at the contact station by the campground.

HYNER -- On Sunday, July 2, at 3:30 p.m., at Hyner Run State Park, come and learn about the nation's bird, "Bald Eagles." Topics will include adaptations and a brief history of the bald eagle. This is designed to be an informal program. All children must be accompanied by an adult in order to participate. Programs may be modified or canceled in the event of severe weather or new community guidelines. Meet at the pool.
