The Clinton County Historical Society and Dogwood Circle Garden Club will be co-sponsoring a program on July 5, at 6:30 p.m. in the Poorman Gallery, 352 East Water St., Lock Haven.
The program is The History of PA Forests by Lin Greenaway, Sproul Service Forester and you will learn how Native peoples and European immigrants managed and used the forests of Pennsylvania resulting in the woodlands we see today.
The Historical Society is tasked with collecting, preserving and sharing the history of our community and the Garden Club is the organization that maintains the gardens at the Triangle and the War Memorial in downtown Lock Haven.
