DOH: Measles exposure reported at Jersey Shore funeral home
JERSEY SHORE — The Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) confirmed an individual who tested positive for measles may have exposed others at Rearick Carpenter Funeral Home, 1002 Allegheny St., Jersey Shore, on Aug. 22, between 10 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. In a release, DOH advised anyone who may have been exposed to check their vaccination status and monitor for symptoms. “Individuals who are not vaccinated are most at-risk for infection.
