JERSEY SHORE — Jesse Dillon Roberts, 52, of Lock Haven, faces a multitude of child sex assault charges after four juvenile victims, ranging in age from 10 to 15, reported that Roberts had inappropriately touched them, a Lycoming Regional Police affidavit said.
