— Lisa Marie Hernandez, charged with disorderly conduct, fined $100 and placed on probation for six months.

— James M. Decker, charged with two violations of protection of abuse order, fined $600 and spend 11 days in county prison.

— Rickie Kay Smith, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense and driving under the influence-general impairment-second offense, fined $1,300, placed on probation for 12 months and serve 8 days restrictive intermediate punishment.
