LOCK HAVEN -- Property was damaged at the corner of South Jones and Shamrock streets due to a tractor trailer on Feb. 26, Lock Haven City Police said.
Sharon Duck told police she heard the accident outside her home when she came outside and saw a stop sign down and tire marks through her yard, police said.
Duck's neighbor across the street, Matt Little, told police he saw a white tractor trailer with red lettering on the side go through Duck's yard and continue down South Jones, police said.
A truck matching the description was seen by one of the officer on scene on their way to the accident which was later located at First Quality, police said.
The driver of the truck was located and identified as Wilson Cyril, of Colorado Springs, Col., who told police he might have hit some rocks while turning onto the roadway but did not recall hitting a stop sign, police said.
