LOCK HAVEN – Jury Selection for the Court of Common Pleas of Clinton County, which was scheduled for Friday, May 8, at 8 a.m. has been canceled by Order of President Judge Craig P. Miller.
Judge Miller issued his order on April 21, cancelling jury selection due to the Governor of Pennsylvania extending the state wide "stay at home order" until May 8. This order further continued all cases scheduled on that date to July 10.
Jurors who were notified to be present on May 8, are under no obligation to appear and their names will not automatically be called for any future juries. However, those names will be returned to the list of qualified jurors who may be randomly picked for future jury service.
