Injuries sustained
CASTANEA -- The driver of a 2009 Chevrolet Trail Blazer was not injured after a one vehicle accident along Route 220 north on March 23 at 2:11 p.m., state police at Lamar said.
Ashley M. Lullo, 36, of Williamsport, was attempting to pass another vehicle on the roadway when she lost control and ran into a concrete bridge causing disabling damage, police said.
Lullo sustained injuries of an unknown severity and was transport to UPMC Williamsport by Flemington Goodwill Hose EMS, police said.
The vehicle was towed from the scene by Martin Motors and Lullo was cited for not driving on roadways laned for traffic, police said.
Two vehicle accident
BEECH CREEK -- No one was injured in a two vehicle accident at the intersection of Main Street and Orviston Road, Beech Creek on March 22 at 6:42 p.m., state police at Lamar said.
Tyler P. Walk, 19, of Mill Hall, attempted to pull out onto Main Street from Orviston and was not cleared to do so causing his 1997 Toyota Camry to be struck by a 2010 Ford Focus, driven by Kyle E. Spicer, 20, of Howard, police said.
No one was injured but Spicer's vehicle sustained disabling damage and was towed from the scene by Martin Motors, police said.
Walk was issued a citation related to required position and method of turning, police said.
Hit and run
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar are looking for information regarding a hit and run in the Millbrook Plaza parking lot on March 24 at 5:46 p.m.
A 2015 Jeep Patriot was struck on the passenger side door by another vehicle that left the scene without leaving any information, police said.

Vehicle rear ended
LAMAR -- The driver of a 2018 Chevrolet Equinox didn't realize the 2017 Freightliner Sprinter was slowing for traffic along Long Run Road, Lamar Township, causing her to rear end the vehicle, state police at Lamar said.
The accident occurred on March 30 at 5:17 p.m. with no names listed in the report, police said.
The Equinox sustained minor damage and the driver made arrangements to have it towed to a garage, police said.
No charges were filed and neither driver was injured, police said.
Retail theft
MILL HALL -- Demetri Perkins, 18, of Mill Hall, stole approximately $60 worth of items from Walmart in Mill hall on March 27 at 6:55 p.m., state police at Lamar said.
Perkins allegedly picked out a white baseball hat, white t-shirts, stuffed plush duck and tie dye kit valued at $60.88 and left the store without paying for them, police said.
Harassment alleged
CENTRE HALL -- State police at Rockview cited a 49-year-old Harrisburg man for harassment following an incident along The Meadows Drive on April 3 at 1 p.m.
The man is accused of shoving a 67-year-old Clearfield woman into a desk, police said.
