HOWARD — State Police at Rockview investigated a case of harassment that took place along Curtin Hollow Road in Boggs Township, Centre County.
According to police, a 33-year-old Howard female harassed a 24-year-old Howard man. The victim said that he and his family have been harassed by an ex-family member. A citation for harassment was filed against the actor through magisterial district justice 49-3-02.
The incident took place at 2 p.m. on May 30.
SPRING MILLS — A two-vehicle accident was investigated by State Police at Rockview.
According to police, a 2002 Jeep Liberty being driven by Troy Lyons, 49, of Harrisburg was traveling northbound along Old Fort Road in Potter Township, Centre County. His vehicle left the roadway and struck 2015 Buick Lacrosse that was legally parked at 347 Old Fort Road.
The Jeep then struck a tree, traveled down an embankment and rolled before coming to rest. Two passengers in the vehicle were injured. A 14-year-old male was taken to a Geisinger Hospital by the Pleasant Gap Fire Company. A 13-year-old female was taken to UPMC Altoona via Penns Valley Ambulance.
Lyons was not hurt in the crash. The Buick was also disabled as a result of the crash. The crash took place at 9:28 p.m. on May 29.
HOWARD — State Police at Rockview are investigating a firearm purchase false pretense incident that took place at 11 a.m. on Feb. 21.
The incident took place at Lakewood Outdoor Supply in Howard.
The investigation is ongoing.
BELLEFONTE — State Police at Rockview are investigating a case of harassment that took place along Deitrich Road in Walker Township, Centre County.
According to police, there was an altercation between Robert Noah Lewis and Robert Charles Lewis after an unleashed dog bit a 39-year-old Bellefonte female. That resulted in both parties punching and grabbing each other.
Robert Noah Lewis was charged with two counts of harassment and one count of summary leash law. Robert Charles Lewis was charged with two counts of harassment.
The incident took place at 6:35 a.m. on May 19.
UNION TOWNSHIP — A one-vehicle crash was investigated by state police at Rockview. According to police, a 2001 Ford F-150 XLT being driven by Jerry King, 60, of Howard was traveling northbound along South Eagle Valley Road in Union Township, Centre County. The pickup truck left the roadway, struck an embankment and rolled over. The truck came to rest on the driver’s side, trapping King inside the vehicle.
The incident took place at 9:27 p.m. on May 23. King was transported to UPMC Altoona for treatment of his injuries. He was also cited for his role in the crash.
