Two vehicle crash
SALLADASBURG -- No one was injured following a two vehicle crash along Route 973 in Mifflin Township on June 10, state police at Montoursville said.
Ashley M. Taylor, 35, of Jersey Shore, was making a left turn onto the roadway from Hensler Road when she saw a 2001 Mitsubishi Eclipse, driven by a 17-year-old Cogan Station woman, traveling east in the right curb of the road, police said.
Taylor attempted to avoid a collision with the other vehicle by moving to the left curb of the road while the Mitsubishi also attempted to avoid a collision by moving to the left curb as well, police said.
Taylor's vehicle came to a stop along the roadway while the other vehicle traveling east, striking an embankment, police said.
Taylor was issued a citation involving stop signs and yield signs, police said.
Vehicle strikes tree
PENNS VALLEY -- The driver of a 2008 Chevrolet Malibu was transported to Mount Nittany Medical Center by Penns Valley EMS following a one vehicle accident along Penns Valley Road on May 30, state police at Rockview said.
Rachel O. Hall, 27, of Aaronsburg, was traveling east on the road when he vehicle left the road and struck a tree before rolloing onto its side, police said.
Hall suffered injuries of an unknown severity as a result of the crash, police said.
Hall was issued a citation involving driving on roadways laned for traffic, police said.
Disorderly conduct
LINDEN -- A 41-year-old Montgomery man has been charged with disorderly conduct following an incident on Brouse Road, Clinton Township.
State police at Montoursville said the victim, a 19-year-old Linden woman was approached by the man who made gestures for her to get out of her vehicle to fight. She fled the scene and was later found at her home, police said.
Sexual assault
SPRING MILLS -- State Police at Rockview are investigating a case of sexual assault that took place on May 31 along Lower Georges Road in Potter Township, Centre County.
No other details were reported by police. The investigation continues.
Vehicle rear ended
SPRING MILLS -- No one was injured following a two vehicle crash along Penns Valley Road on June 13, state police at Rockview said.
James D. Stitzer, 63, of Spring Mills, was turning left from the road onto Ross Hill Road when his 2004 Chevrolet 2500 was rear ended by a 2004 Chevrolet Silverado, driven by Tyler J. Welch, 31, of Centre Hall, police said.
Welch was issued a citation involving driving a vehicle at safe speeds and police were assisted on scene by Gregg Township Fire Department, Penns Valley EMS and Bierly's Towing, police said.
Welch's vehicle was towed from the scene, police said.
