LOCK HAVEN -- Lock Haven City Police investigated a two-vehicle accident that took place around 1:35 p.m. on Oct. 22 in Lock Haven.
According to police, a 2016 Ford Edge being driven by David White was turning left from Grove Street to East Main Street. He turned into the path of a 2019 Ford Flex being driven by Lee Harber.
Police said that White told them he was attempting to brake, but hit the accelerator instead. Both vehicles sustained moderate damage and had to be towed from the scene. Police were assisted at the scene by Martin Motors. White was issued a citation for his role in the crash.
