Proceedings from district judges

LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceedings were held before district judges.

— Shawn Michael Mills, of North Bend, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, aggravated assault-attempts to cause serious bodily injury or causes injury with extreme indifference, two counts simple assault, two counts recklessly endangering another person, firearms not to be carried without a license and firearm not to be carried without a license-no criminal violation, held for court, and two counts recklessly endangering another person, charges dismissed.

— Mark Russell Cella, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving at safe speed and careless driving, waived for court.

— Rickey Lynn Duck III, of Howard, charged with simple assault, waived for court.

— David Eugene Lukas Jr., of Mill Hall, charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-second offense and no rear lights, waived for court.

— Angelica Christina Santiago, of State College, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— Kristy Ann Shope, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol, careless driving and disregard traffic lane, waived for court.

— Donald G. Yoxheimer, of North Bend, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under a high rate of alcohol and exceeding maximum speed limit established by 16 miles per hour, waived for court.

— Michele Rachael Webb, of Renovo, charged with burglary-overnight accommodations; person present, bodily injury crime, simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

— Christen Marie Probst, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft and conspiracy-retail theft, waived for court.

— Megan Jayne Probst, of Lock Haven, charged with retail theft and conspiracy-retail theft, waived for court.

— Jeremy Smith, of Kittanning, Pa., charged with driving under the influence-second offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— Dillon John Allen, of Beech Creek, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— Sean Brenan Haines, of Lock Haven, charged with resisting inspection or apprehension, reckless operation of a watercraft, fleeing or attempting to elude officer, negligent operation of a watercraft, general boating regulations, violating rules/regulations-registered motorboats, two counts violating rules/regulations of equipment required, general boating regulations-violating rules/regulations for health/safety and general boating regulations, waived for court.

— Melissa Lee Cross, of Mill Hall, charged with theft by unlawful taking, waived for court.

— Douglas Arthur Dolan, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the highest rate of alcohol, restrictions on alcoholic beverages, disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— Rickey Lynn Duck, of Howard, charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Matthew Floyd Etters, of Blanchard, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use, use/possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, driving an unregistered vehicle, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked and careless driving, held for court.

— Bobbi Mincer, of Lock Haven, charged with terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, charge withdrawn.

— Joseph Giovanni Morales, of Freeport, N.Y., charged with fleeing or attempting to elude officer, recklessly endangering another person, driving under the influence-first offense, reckless driving, driving while operating privileges are suspended or revoked, purchase etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor and driving at safe speed, waived for court.

— Evan Paul Pletcher, of Blanchard, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving an unregistered vehicle and careless driving, waived for court.

— Matthew Charles Ringham, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, duties at stop sign and driving at safe speed, waived for court.

— Mateah Marie White, of Cambridge Springs, Pa., charged with possession of firearm prohibited, initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Zachary Michael Zidick, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, recklessly endangering another person, charges withdrawn, and harassment, moved to non-traffic court.

— Dwayne A. Williams, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

— David Charles Chancel Jr., of Renovo, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the highest rate of alcohol, driving while license is suspended or revoked and not discontinue signal, waived for court.

— Steven Henry Cummings III, of Lock Haven, charged with 18 counts child pornography, 17 counts disseminate photograph/film of child sex acts and criminal use of communication facility, waived for court.

— John Stephen Epps, of Pennsylvania, charged with three counts theft from a motor vehicle, charges withdrawn.

— Sandy Jo McNamara, of Jersey Shore, charged with criminal attempt-burglary, criminal attept-criminal trespass and harassment, charges withdrawn, and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, moved to non-traffic court.

— Gage Thomas Sorgen, of Mill Hall, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the highest rate of alcohol and driving at safe speed, waived for court.

— Amber Rose Castle, of Mill Hall, charged with definite traspass actual communication to, charge withdrawn, and definite trespass actual communitcation to, moved to non-traffic court.
