— Samantha Linn Baney, of Williamsport, charged with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property, charges dismissed.

— Ryan William Isaac, of Crum Lynne, Pa., charged with use/possession of drug paraphernalia and marijuana-small amount personal use, waived for court.

— Edward Neil Klaiber, of Jamaica, N.Y., charged with manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, marijuana small amount personal use and follow too closely, held for court.

— Clayton Shane Policastro, of Renovo, charged with 11 counts bad checks, theft by unlawful taking and 11 counts theft by deception, waived for court.

— Sylvester Simcox, of Avis, charged with aggravated assault-attempts to cause or causes bodily injury with deadly weapon, simple assault and two counts terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, waived for court.

— Mike Herbert Stover, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence-second offense and illegal parking where official signs prohibit, waived for court.
