One vehicle crash

LOCK HAVEN — Olive Connelley, 81, of Orviston, was cited following a crash along Bellefonte Avenue on April 30 at 1:42 p.m., Lock Haven City Police said.

Connelley was traveling east on the roadway when she saw traffic stopped. Connelley did not have enough time to react and drove off the roadway, striking a sign at Brite Laundry, police said.

Possession of marijuana

LOCK HAVEN — While conduction a house check in the 10 block of West Main Street on April 23, Clinton County Probation found Christopher Hasting, 18, of Jersey Shore, and a 17-year-old male were smoking marijuana, Lock Haven City Police reported.

Hastings is charged with possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and corruption of minors, police said.

The juvenile is being charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Terroristic threats

LOCK HAVEN — Thomas Miller, 51, of Lock Haven, is being charged with stalking, terroristic threats and harassment for incidents that occurred between April 22 and 29, Lock Haven City Police said.

Retail theft

LOCK HAVEN — Matthew McMann, 27, of Lock Haven, was cited by Lock Haven City Police for retail theft after taking an item from the Dollar General.

Simple assault

LOCK HAVEN — A 16-year-old Lock Haven girl was charged with simple assault and criminal mischief following an incident that occurred on March 25 along East Park Street, Lock Haven City Police said.

According to police, the juvenile struck another juvenile in the face multiples times and smashed the victim’s cell phone.

Harassment

WINGATE — A case of harassment was investigated by state police at Rockview on April 29.

According to police, a 14-year-old Howard juvenile was being harassed by a 14-year-old Port Matilda juvenile and a fight took place at Bald Eagle Area High School in Boggs Township, Centre County. Through investigation, it was determined that one boy was the aggressor in the fight and charges were filed against him, police said.

The incident took place around 3 p.m.

Howard man charged

HOWARD — A 25-year-old Howard man was charged with harassment for an incident that took place along Little Marsh Creek in Curtin Township, Centre County.

According to police, the man harassed a 27-year-old Howard woman around 11:20 a.m. on April 30.

Charges will be filed through District Magistrate 49-3-02.

Theft by deception

BELLEFONTE — A case of theft by deception was investigated by state police at Rockview on May 1.

According to police, a 78-year-old Bellefonte man and a 67-year-old Bellefonte woman were scammed out of $150 in the form of an Amazon gift card. The incident took place around 5:15 p.m.

The investigation continues.

PFA violation

MILLHEIM — State police at Rockview investigated a PFA violation on April 30 in Millheim Borough, Centre County.

According to police, a 23-year-old Centre Hall woman was the victim of the PFA violation around 9 a.m. on April 30.

Drugs found

BELLEFONTE — On May 1, state police at Rockview reported finding drugs at an undisclosed location along Rishel Hill Road in Benner Township, Centre County.

The incident took place around 12 p.m.
