LOCK HAVEN — The following court proceeding were held before district judges.

— Michael Allen McKay, of Port Matilda, charged with driving under the influence of the highest rate of alcohol-first offense, driving under the influence as a minor and driving under the influence-first offense, waived for court.

— Jessy Wayne Snyder, of Loganton, charged with driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, driving under the influence-first offense, careless driving and disregard traffic lane, waived for court.

— Brennon K. Reighard, of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, disregard traffic lane, turning movements and required signals and careless driving, waived for court.

— Jeffrey Lynn Haines Jr., of Jersey Shore, charged with driving under the influence-first offense, driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, two counts disregard traffic lane and careless driving, waived for court.

— Lance Michael Tice, of Lock Haven, charged with driving under the influence of a controlled substance-first offense, use/possession of drug paraphernalia and driving at safe speed, waived for court.

— Lucas Garren Smith, of Lock Haven, charged with possession of weapon on school property, waived for court.

— James Henderson Smeal, of Mill Hall, charged with initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Timothy Owen Fulger, of Lock Haven, charged with simple assault, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and harassment, waived for court.

— William B. Cain, of Howard, charged with driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, driving under the influence-first offense, failure to keep right, no headlights, no rear lights, waived for court.

— Rickey Lynn Duck, of Howard, charged with two counts of initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered and two counts use/possession of drug paraphernalia, waived for court.

— Tyaire Jevahn Durant, of Chambersburg, Pa., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use and use/possession of drug paraphernalia, charges withdrawn, and purchase etc. alcoholic beverage by a minor, moved to non-traffic court.

— Zachary William Klein, of Danville, charged with driving under the influence of a high rate of alcohol-first offense, driving under the influence-first offense and duties at stop signs, waived for court.

— Kyle William Rote, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal use of a communication facility, manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver and initial possession of a controlled substance by person not registered, waived for court.

— Stephanie Quezada, of Louisville, Ky., charged with marijuana-small amount personal use, charge withdrawn, and exceeding 65 or 70 miles per hour for all vehicles by 16 miles per hour, moved to traffic court.

— Aaron Michael Shilling, of Lock Haven, charged with strangulation-applying pressure to throat or neck, simple assault and harassment, waived for court.

— Lacy Elizabeth Eiseman, of Mill Hall, charged with access device issued to another who did not authorize use, waived for court.

— James Francis Evans, of Lock Haven, charged with two counts terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and simple assault, held for court, and terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another and two counts simple assault, charges dismissed.

— April Lynn Fahr, of Lock Haven, charged with criminal mischief-damage property and disorderly conduct engage in fighting, waived for court.

— Tiffany An Miller-Boyce, of Pennsylvania, charged with two counts aggravated assault-fear of imminent serious bodily injury to designated individuals and resisting arrest/other law enforcement, waived for court.
