Physical Harassment
LAMAR -- Two males were cited for harassment after they engaged in a verbal altercation that turned physical said state police at Lamar.
Victims/arrestees were Sirojiddin Bazarov, 28, of Philadelphia and Preston Collins, 32, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn., police said.
Drug Paraphernalia Possession
LAMAR -- State police at Lamar investigated a drug arrest on July 9.
The incident occurred at 9:34 a.m. at 98 Racetrack Road, Lamar Township and involved the driver of a 2014 Nissan Altima, police said.
Following the investigation Lucas Smith, 37, of Mill Hall, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.
Terroristic threats
BEECH CREEK -- A 22-year-old man, of Mill Hall, was arrested for terroristic threats along Bittner Lane in Beech Creek Township.
According to state police at Lamar, the arrestee was chasing and yelling at another individual, a 25-year-old man, of Jersey Shore on July 23.
After further investigation, one individual was taken into custody. Charges for simple assault by physical menace, terroristc threats and harassment were filed through MDJ 25-3-02.
Theft
LOGANTON -- Seven gallons of gas were stolen from a red Subaru Outback that was parked along West Main Street in Loganton.
According to state police at Lamar, the gas was stolen from the vehicle on July 21.

Crash
MILL HALL -- State police at Lamar responded to a crash along Hogan Boulevard in Bald Eagle Township.
According to state police at Lamar, the crash occurred at 12:21 a.m. on July 15 as operator one, no name given, was pulling into the Sheetz parking lot at 288 Hogan Boulevard in a Chevrolet Malibu.
The operator allegedly pulled into the parking lot and hit a curb, causing the driver side front tire to go flat.
Charges for this crash will be supplemented pending blood results, according to police.
Crash
AVIS -- State police at Lamar responded to a crash along US 220 in Pine Creek Township.
According to police, the crash occurred at 5:25 a.m. on July 18 as Hailey Bower, 19, of Lock Haven, was traveling in the left lane and lost control of her Toyota RAV4, swerving off the road and striking the cable barrier. She came to a final stop on the left side of the road and sustained disabling damage.
Bower was allegedly not injured from the crash and Showcase Towing assisted on the scene.
